1. Where we deliver

We deliver by post within the United Kingdom only. We also offer collection in person — see section 5.

2. How your order is prepared

We bake continuously throughout the week and list finished stock on our website as it becomes available, so your cake is freshly baked rather than sitting in a warehouse. We're a small, one-baker business, so if timing matters — a gift or an event, for example — we'd recommend ordering 1–2 weeks ahead to make sure we can get it to you when you need it. We can't offer same-day or last-minute next-day delivery.

3. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed by 12pm, Monday to Thursday, are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or at any point over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday — you should expect delivery by Monday or Tuesday for these orders. We don't currently dispatch on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery is usually 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

You'll receive your Royal Mail tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its progress.

5. Collection from Greenwich Market

You can collect your order in person from our stall at Greenwich Market, London SE10 9HZ, on Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30am–5pm (please check our website or social media for our current trading days, as these can vary). Choose “Collection from Greenwich Market” at checkout if you'd like to collect rather than have your order posted.

6. If something goes wrong

If your delivery is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please see our Refund, Returns & Delivery Policy — as the retailer, we remain responsible for your order until it reaches you, and we're here to sort it out.
